Research

I studied the relationship between nonprofit organizations and their followers on Facebook. The findings showed that the organizations who engaged with followers on a regular basis, had more positive feedback. Research showed, telling the organization's mission through stories, allows followers the opportunity to connect with that mission.

 

Using stories draws more positive engagement into a post than any other type of content. While creating social posts, I lean on my findings when creating a social strategy to have the audience to feel a sense of pull towards the service/product. By sharing stories, the content is more emotional and easier for the audience to digest and connect with on a personal level.
